Class Description
Learn science-backed techniques to develop active flexibility and resiliency. Stretch and strengthen your body for sports, calisthenics, and daily life. Suitable for total beginners. But even if you're an advanced athlete, we will challenge you! This class focuses primarily on bodyweight mobility training with light weights and minimalistic equipment.

Cancellation Policy
Participants must pre-book online or at reception; walk-ins may be accepted if space allows. Classes require at least two participants or they will be canceled, and participants notified. Cancel at least 2 hours before a class to avoid losing a credit or fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their spot to a walk-in.
